On 12 September, Hakim Atiya al-Muhammadawi, a member of the Sadiqoun Movement’s general body, said PMF chairman Faleh al-Fayyad bore responsibility for the consequences of delaying personnel entitlements. Speaking through Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media), he also accused the PMF leadership of failing to warn PMF headquarters before attacks and called for completion and passage of the PMF law.
