Ruaa Salim, reported as the Babylon nominee, was not approved in the reviewed vote. Muthanna al-Tamimi was reported handling the ministry in an acting capacity in May.

The reviewed vote approved three deputies. A proposed fourth deputy and its legal basis remained outstanding; the proposed nominee is not presented as an officeholder.
