WHAT HAPPENED

On 11 September, political affairs researcher Haitham al-Khazali, speaking through Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official), said the PMF needed armament, training, camps and infrastructure to develop. His proposal combined weapons and training with permanent military infrastructure rather than commemorative or general support messaging.
