On 3 November, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) attributed to Sadiqoun bloc deputy head Ahmad al-Musawi (AAH) the assertion that foreign ambassadors had not joined their embassies in Baghdad because of a dispute between the foreign minister and president. He presented the dispute as the cause of the diplomatic staffing delay.
