On 14 September, an article attributed Qais al-Khazali, AAH’s secretary-general, support for restricting weapons to the state after building a state capable of defending itself. Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) subsequently carried Wisdom Current MP Ahmad Salem al-Saadi saying KH, Nujaba, KSS and Ansar Allah al-Awfiya agreed on state control, while earlier reporting identified implementation guarantees and nationwide application beyond Shia factions as disputed terms.
