On 13 September, Wisdom Current MP Ahmad Salem al-Saadi told Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) that all Framework parties and four factions agreed to restrict weapons to the state. He called state control mandatory and a national and religious-authority demand, but said implementation depended on guarantees and noted that some Framework parties preferred “transferring” weapons to “restricting” them. He presented AAH as a model of national compliance.
