Overnight, Hamid al-Musawi, spokesman for the Badr parliamentary bloc, said deputy-prime-minister posts formed part of the political agreement within the Coordination Framework and State Administration Coalition and that Badr supported a vote on them. He endorsed Dr. Laith al-Khazali, Sadiqoun’s deputy-prime-minister candidate, and Mohsen al-Mandalawi as additions to the deputy premierships.
