Alsumaria reported that Kataib Hezbollah and Nujaba told the government weapons committee they rejected a government deadline, without specifying the deadline. It separately characterized Kataib Sayyid al-Shuhada and Nujaba as holding to “no commitment and no surrender”. Al-Akhbar said the Coordination Framework committee had failed and that “the resistance” would accept no deadlines. By contrast, Iraqi Media Development Center president Adnan al-Saraj told Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) that arms negotiations had reached advanced stages. KSS secretary-general Abu Alaa al-Walai conditioned weapons regulation on full and comprehensive sovereignty, wording carried by six militia channels. The parliamentary Security and Defense Committee separately said the PMF bill would reach parliament within 72 hours. The bill timetable and the reported weapons deadline remain separate tracks.

Al-Asas Parliamentary Bloc head Alaa al-Haidari said the PMF in Basra had been warned before a Saudi attack and that the blood shed must not pass peacefully. Five minutes later, Al-Ahad carried al-Ubaidi saying warning messages arrived before the PMF was struck, that failing to report them was a catastrophe and that the right to respond is guaranteed. Neither caption produced the alleged warnings. On the same channel, political researcher Kamel al-Kanani said Iraq had given 20 martyrs days ago. Reconstruction and Development Coalition political-bureau member Khalid Waleed instead proposed putting factions into a special force or another arrangement and said neither factions nor the state wanted confrontation. These were the speakers’ positions, not an AAH leadership statement.

Jehad Brothers Team (Nujaba — affiliated) and Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf — owned/non-official) published matching first-person claims that an Iranian anti-destroyer missile was tested over a U.S. warship 48 hours earlier. Both said the missile caused the Americans to flee. The matching wording does not establish which party conducted the alleged test. Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) separately posted imagery it said showed damage to two residences used by U.S. soldiers at Ali al-Salem Air Base in Kuwait. The frame highlighted one structure and did not establish damage to two residences.

Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official) said Al-Taif Bank was putting Iraqis’ money at risk. Two minutes later, Sabereen relayed a Central Bank statement that depositors’ funds were fully guaranteed. A press report of the governor’s statement instead said the vast majority of banking-sector deposits were guaranteed. Al-Ahad reported that the Central Bank had imposed guardianship on Al-Taif, opened a violations file and was containing the depositors’ crisis, but cited no notice specifying the measures. Al-Taif clients had also protested in Baghdad during the liquidity crisis. Sabereen’s fully guaranteed wording was broader than the governor’s reported formulation, while the bank-specific measures remain unspecified.

Al-Haidari also claimed that selecting Laith al-Khazali as deputy prime minister was Sadiqoun’s entitlement and said Americans had no right to object. No American official or state authority acknowledged an objection or appointment. Another Al-Ahad caption attributed to al-Haidari said the Education Ministry could go to Mohsen al-Mandalawi if deputy-premier posts were deemed unnecessary. A post demanding that the political map and ministries be redistributed named al-Haidari in its caption but Adel al-Jubouri on screen, leaving the speaker of the redistribution demand unresolved.
