On 7 September, Alsumaria characterized Kataib Sayyid al-Shuhada and Nujaba’s positions on the weapons file as “no commitment and no surrender,” then reported that Kataib Hezbollah and Nujaba had informed the weapons committee that they rejected the government deadline.
