It also carried KSS secretary-general Abu Alaa al-Walai’s call for MPs to pass a resolution binding the government against U.S. pressure; outlets linked to KH, KSS, Badr Organization and Ashab al-Kahf relayed First Deputy Speaker Adnan Fayhan’s conditional extraordinary-session proposal or MP Alaa al-Haidari’s claim that an urgent parliamentary movement had formed to reject the decision and reopen airports. iNEWS further attributed to Kataib Hezbollah a call for a campaign against the blockade of Iran, while carrying Muntasirun bloc claims about Iranian gas and wartime arms support and bloc head Falih al-Khazali’s allegation that the restrictions caused state financial losses; Watan TV (Badr Organization — affiliated) carried AAH secretary-general Qais al-Khazali’s rejection of the blockade.
