On 4 November, تسنیم carried questions attributed to Kataib Hezbollah security official Abu Mujahid al-Assaf about discounted oil sales to ADNOC and whether Coordination Framework members accepted profit-sharing. It attributed to him an alleged monthly amount exceeding 4.5 trillion dinars and questions about the participation of named beneficiaries; these remain his allegations rather than independently established contract terms. The report also described his intervention as covering security and PMF-law issues.

“Al-Assaf asked in a post about oil-sale contracts with ADNOC and whether Coordination Framework members agreed to selling oil at a reduced price and sharing the profits, and whether they accepted that 'the thief Tom Barrack,' Tahnoon bin Zayed, Hassan Faleh and Saad Wahib participate in these profits, indicating that they exceed 4 trillion and 500 billion dinars monthly, according to him.”
