On 3 November, Kataib Hezbollah security official Abu Mujahid al-Assaf asked Coordination Framework leaders whether they knew about oil-sale contracts with ADNOC and accepted a $47-per-barrel discount. He alleged that beneficiaries he named as Tom Barrack, Tahnoon bin Zayed, Hassan Faleh al-Zaidi and Saad Wahib shared profits exceeding 4.5 trillion dinars per month. Kurdistan24 also reported his allegations.
