On 4 November, الترا العراق reported Nujaba’s categorical rejection of amendments to the PMF law, quoting its description of the changes as suspicious and Zionist. Nujaba called on those maintaining their positions to reject amendments that it said would weaken, fragment and reduce the PMF’s role.

“As we reject these amendments in their entirety and in detail, we call on the good people who remain steadfast in their positions to take a stand of dignity, honour and rejection against these amendments that weaken the PMF’s role.”
وإننا إذ نرفض هذه التعديلات جملةً وتفصيلاً، نطالب الخيرين الثابتين على مواقفهم بالوقوف وقفةَ إباءٍ وشرفٍ ورفضٍ لهذه التعديلات التي تُضعف دور الحشد
