On 25 September, a notice on Al-Kornet al-Kata'ibi (KSS — affiliated) set a protest against restrictions on Iranian aircraft for 28 September at 5 p.m. at Najaf’s 20th Revolution overpasses; Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated) reproduced the notice shortly afterward. Unit 10,000 separately announced a Basra Corniche gathering for 26 September at 4 p.m., starting opposite the teaching hospital emergency department and proceeding toward the fountain. Both are notices of intended gatherings, not reports that gatherings occurred.
