Late on 15 September, Kata'ib Sayyid al-Shuhada's Jihad Council denied an account attributed to MP Ali Inheir that the faction had begun inventorying its weapons in preparation for handing them over. The statement said the account was wholly false, denied that MP Ali Inheir had authority to speak for the faction and said only loyal resistance members within its ranks could do so. The statement appeared on Saed al-Shuhada (KSS — official), was reproduced by KSS media and was relayed by Sabereen News (KH — affiliated).

The KSS channels converged on both the weapons denial and the representation challenge, whereas Sabereen News (KH — affiliated) relayed the denial without becoming its author. This is cross-faction amplification of a KSS position, not evidence that KH issued the position.
