On 4 November, Victory Alliance spokesperson Salam al-Zubaidi, speaking on Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media), described Iraq’s position as temporary neutrality rejecting alignment with either side, while saying positive neutrality supported regional stability and Iran. He said Prime Minister Ali al-Zaidi had full authorization from the Coordination Framework and State Administration Coalition for neighbouring-country visits, urged factions to support those visits, rejected insulting statements against the government and political forces, and reported advanced dialogue with Nujaba and Ansar Allah al-Awfiya. Political researcher Abbas Ghadir, appearing on the same programme, said Iraq could not remain neutral or become an American instrument for economically strangling Iran.
