On September 2, Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official owned media) attributed Akram al-Kaabi a threat of a “decisive battle” if U.S. forces fail to withdraw by September 30. Visual review of the silent broadcast frames found on-screen text attributed to al-Kaabi specifying complete withdrawal from Iraqi land and airspace and describing full readiness; Alsumaria and Kurdistan24 separately reported the same deadline and battle language. The material establishes publication of the attributed threat, but it does not show mobilization or an attack.
