On 5 August, Al-Kornet al-Kata'ibi (KSS — affiliated) posted an image of the Iraqi foreign minister shaking hands with a man in Saudi dress, captioned that he was meeting "the Saudi who targeted Iraqi territory, leaving 50 people between martyrs and wounded." Just over an hour later, Unit 10,000 (KH — affiliated) called Fuad Hussein "the separatist foreign minister" over his discussion with his Jordanian counterpart of an oil pipeline to Aqaba, labelled the project "the normalization project" and asked whether the energy it would supply comes from Jordan or "the Zionist entity through the Zionist company Chevron." Neither post is attributable to KH or KSS as an organizational statement, and the supplied evidence contains no outside reporting on either the pipeline talks or the meeting.
