On 1 November, Reconstruction and Development Coalition spokesman Firas al-Muslmawi told Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) that some Coordination Framework parties were attacking Mohammed Shia al-Sudani personally and directly, and urged those holding evidence against him to submit it to the judiciary rather than social media. He said the budget required agreement within the State Administration Coalition, forecast approval at the end of December or beginning of the new year, and said implementation would occur in 2027 even if parliament approved it immediately.
