On 24 September, Alsumaria reported debate over splits within Badr Organization’s parliamentary bloc. A statement carried by Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) categorically denied the reports, called them attempts to mislead the public and said the bloc remained united under Badr Organization secretary-general Hadi al-Amiri’s approach. Shafaq News had reported the previous day that bloc chief and MP Mahdi Taqi al-Amarli submitted a resignation letter and that al-Amiri ordered its withdrawal; the bloc’s statement does not connect that episode to the alleged splits.

The bloc’s public assertion of unity can be assessed against a documented leadership resignation episode, but its denial does not establish that the resignation and the reported splits were the same dispute.
