On 7 October, Parliamentary Finance Committee member Jamal Kujur told Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) that the budget had long been designed around 1,500, the State Administration Coalition and Coordination Framework had agreed to the increase beforehand, and the parliamentary uproar was fabricated. Suyana bloc member Sami Aushana said the Central Bank and Finance Ministry had submitted an urgent memorandum, parliament had been unaware, and parliament would host the finance minister and governor on 8 October; Kujur said that hearing might be cancelled or transferred to the Finance Committee.
