On 7 September, iNEWS (KSS — affiliated) and Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) reported that the Coordination Framework was discussing completion of the PMF Authority law. iNEWS said the law would regulate the Authority and strengthen its role within state institutions, adding that the Framework would proceed with naming the remaining ministers; Al-Ahad TV instead listed oil-and-gas and Federal Court legislation alongside the PMF law. Neither report named participants or provided draft provisions, nominees or a parliamentary timetable.
