iNEWS (KSS — affiliated) said health-profession graduates were being suppressed and that crews were blocked from covering their demonstrations. Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official) later relayed Head of the Health Professionals Syndicate Dr. Alaa al-Maliki saying infiltrators had entered the demonstrations and assaulted security forces. The two channels gave opposite frames of the same protest environment. No third outlet or official confirmation of either account is on record.

Miqdad al-Khafaji (KH — Huquq bloc) said he had asked that the prime minister and competent authorities be hosted over alleged Saudi-American aggression against PMF headquarters. Sheikh Karim Hattab, head of the Maysan agricultural associations union, told Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) the approved plan is of no use and that the farmer in Maysan has not received water for three years, which will drive mass protests. A companion clip had him saying farmers want to plant rice on more area than the plan allows. He heads the union, not an AAH office, and no protest date or government response is on record.
