Watan TV, an outlet affiliated with the Badr Organization, posted at 16:27 UTC on 2026-07-28 that "النزاهة تعتقل شبكة في كركوك لتزوير وإصدار إجازات السوق مقابل مبالغ مالية" — the Integrity Commission arrested a network in Kirkuk for forging and issuing market licences in exchange for sums of money. Visual review of the accompanying still, an extraction that may be imperfect and in which no audio was assessed, shows a building sign reading Ministry of Trade, Directorate of Markets, Kirkuk Office, with the same claim carried as a red news overlay. The confidence rung rests on a single faction-affiliated outlet: no Integrity Commission statement, no external media report, and no other tracked channel carrying the same item appears in the collected window, so the report is credible as to what Watan TV published but the underlying arrests are unconfirmed here. No other tracked actor was observed repeating, modifying or contesting the item.
