Watan TV, affiliated with the Badr Organization, posted at 15:19 on 28 July 2026 that "الفريق الركن حامد الزهيري" (Lieutenant General Hamid al-Zuhairi) had been assigned as "عميداً لكلية الأركان" (commandant of the Staff College), and at 15:55 the same day that there was "عزل بحق علاء سمير مدير عام شركة توزيع كهرباء الوسط و8 آخرين" (a removal against Alaa Samir, director general of the Middle Electricity Distribution Company, and eight others). Both posts carried the channel's own #قناة_وطن_WTV branding and news-graphic template with a portrait; visual review of both images confirms the Arabic overlay text but cannot independently confirm the identity of either individual. No other tracked actor's channel was observed carrying either announcement in the collected window, and no external media reporting on either personnel action was supplied.
