It attributed to the cleric condemnation of prison and death sentences against religious scholars, a demand to stop those measures, and an appeal for rulers to join scholars in opposing arrogance and Zionism.

على خلفية ما تفعله البحرين والكويت الصهيونيتين المرجع الديني آية الله النوري همداني (دام ظله)، يدين إصدار أحكام بالسجن والإعدام بحق عدد من علماء دول المنطقة، ودعا إلى وقف هذه الإجراءات، وحث حكام هذه الدول على التضامن مع العلماء في مكافحة الاستكبار والصهيونية.
