On 13 October, Sadiqoun MPs Zaman al-Tamimi and Wafaa al-Tai (AAH — parliamentary bloc), quoted by Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media), condemned reported assaults on wounded PMF protesters. Sabereen News (KH — affiliated/aligned media) placed the assaults near the Green Zone, on the suspension-bridge side toward al-Zawiya. The MPs demanded an urgent investigation, accountability for those involved, prevention of recurrence and protection of the wounded personnel’s rights and dignity; al-Tamimi directed his demand to the prime minister.
