Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) aired a segment of its programme #قبل_الغد on the evening of 1 August in which Hussein Shlooshi, captioned on screen as a political researcher, said the factions possess weapons and are capable of targeting Saudi Arabia, that Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the Gulf states are part of the Israeli intelligence effort against Iran, and that the factions had put the ball in the government's court to respond to Saudi aggression. The same list of points said there is no gap between the factions' view and the government's, that resistance resources and weapons are in the service of the state, and that confining arms to the state is natural in a state able to defend itself. The rung is preponderance: the words are recorded verbatim on AAH's own channel, but they belong to a guest rather than to the group, and nothing else in the window carries a faction naming Saudi Arabia.
