Between roughly 19:00 and 19:40 on 4 August, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) carried three summary cards from its programme #Nisf Daira. Independent politician Hussein al-Shalakh was quoted saying six special-forces brigades are "capable of swallowing" all Gulf states, that the Popular Mobilization institution alone "is capable of occupying Saudi Arabia", and that the government could go to the United Nations over "the Saudi aggression"; political researcher Imad al-Musafer was quoted saying the resistance "has what frightens and deters others" and that Riyadh had spoken of receiving incorrect information about striking the Hashd. The words belong to the two guests, not to AAH or any armed faction, and the retrieved window contains no other channel carrying them and no outside coverage of the underlying Saudi–Hashd episode.

An AAH-owned channel is hosting both the coercive Gulf-capability register and the argument for restricting weapons to the state, so the same platform now carries the case for and against faction arms retention without resolving which is the house line.
