At 19:58 on 30 July 2026, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) published on-screen quotations from Ahmad al-Mousawi, deputy chairman of the Sadiqoun bloc, on the programme al-Hadd al-Fasil: the government must hold al-Alwani, al-Khanjar and his son accountable for their positions; the Baghdad-Washington security agreement must be reviewed; "Saudi Arabia has gone too far in targeting Iraq as a result of Baghdad's positive positions"; "Saudi targeting of official security headquarters is a declaration of war against Iraq"; "Iraqis can enter Saudi Arabia in two days but they are waiting for the government's position"; "there must be a response to Saudi Arabia to preserve Iraq's dignity"; and "America and Saudi Arabia, which is among the most cowardly of states, know the capabilities of the resistance." This is the only item in the window that identifies what was allegedly struck — official security headquarters — a detail the funeral captions omit.
