Between 12:34 and 13:11 on 1 August, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) published eight items carrying Sadiqoun bloc head Oday Awad and MP Saqr Hassan al-Amshani saying legal and parliamentary procedures on the Popular Mobilization Forces law are complete, that more than 100 parliamentary signatures back it, and that it will be placed on the agenda of upcoming sessions. The bloc framed passage and amendment as "a strategic option" and a "national and constitutional entitlement" securing employment and retirement rights on a par with the armed forces. No other tracked faction with active coverage in this window — Kataib Hezbollah, Kata'ib Sayyid al-Shuhada, Badr Organization, Nujaba, Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina, Ansar Allah al-Awfiya — was observed addressing the law, though all posted on other subjects.
