Between 15:36 and 16:24 this afternoon, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) published ten consecutive items setting out the Sadiqoun parliamentary bloc's response to what it repeatedly calls "Saudi-American aggression": parliamentary questions to the prime minister on government measures and sovereignty protection and on air-defence reinforcement, to the defence minister on air-defence systems and protection of military headquarters, to the finance minister on air-defence allocations and victim compensation, to the foreign minister on diplomatic, legal and international action, and to the health minister on a central medical cell and blood-donation campaigns. The bloc also wrote to heads of parliamentary blocs and coalitions urging attendance and signature for an emergency session and a unified national position, and stated it would proceed with holding executive bodies to account. Alongside these, a member of the parliamentary foreign relations committee, Mukhtar al-Mousawi, told the channel that signatures were being collected to interrogate the foreign minister; one post carried document images of the defence-minister question bearing Council of Representatives letterhead and a Sadiqoun bloc reference number.
