شفق نيوز reports PMF law nearing Parliament vote

On August 30, Al-Janoub TV (Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina — official) attributed to Security and Defense Committee member Jawad Rahim al-Sa’adi the statement that the PMF law was nearing completion and would be sent to Parliament for a vote. شفق نيوز separately reported that PMF bills were nearing Parliament after provisions opposed by the United States were removed; the supplied material contains neither the draft text nor a parliamentary schedule.
