On August 30, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) captioned Issam Hussein as warning after the Doura incident that the car-bomb and suicide-attacker scenario was ready and needed only an external decision. The caption did not identify who possessed the capability, who would make the decision or what would be attacked, and no corroborating reporting was supplied.
