Al-Ahad TV runs twin parliamentary attacks on Finance Ministry

WHAT HAPPENED

Al-Ahad TV (Asaib Ahl al-Haq — official) posted at 08:48 that "حراك نيابي استثنائي يفرضه عدنان فيحان لضبط الاداء المالي والسياسي" — an exceptional parliamentary movement imposed by Adnan Fihan to discipline financial and political performance — with on-screen references to the government programme, service development and increasing non-oil revenues. At 09:02 the same channel quoted MP Haidar Muhammad al-Mutairi: the Finance Ministry has a deficit of 3 trillion 300 billion dinars to complete salary distribution across all ministries, and degree-holders have not been paid for 10 months. Both items are the channel's own political output; no other tracked faction outlet in the collected window raised the Finance Ministry shortfall or the salary arrears.

WHY IT MATTERS

Asaib Ahl al-Haq is building a public record as the faction auditing state money and defending unpaid public servants, on a subject its peers were not discussing in the same hours.
