Watan TV (Badr Organization — affiliated/aligned media) carried unidentified guest Aras Habib’s allegations that two parties made 400 billion dinars from a leaked decision and that the destination of fees collected by 33 government bodies was unknown, alongside his prediction that the dollar note would reach 200,000 dinars.
