Overnight on 8–9 October, Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official owned media) juxtaposed Prime Minister Ali Falah al-Zaidi’s defence of the exchange-rate decision with former MP Muhammad al-Shabaki’s criticism that he saw no economic vision. Al-Zaidi accepted responsibility if the decision proved negative, said the currency difference came from speculators rather than citizens, and described the alternatives as compulsory saving, salaries every 45 days, or further borrowing; Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) also carried his acceptance of responsibility.

“Former MP Muhammad al-Shabaki is surprised by the prime minister’s action: I saw no economic vision; this is a “shock.””
النائب السابق محمد الشبكي يتفاجأه بتصرف رئيس الوزراء: اني ما شفت رؤية اقتصادية هاي "صدمة"
The difference is between the arguments the outlets carried, not an established disagreement between Badr Organization and AAH over exchange-rate policy.
