Sixteen minutes earlier, at 11:26, Al-Ahad TV posted that "reports speak of" a travel-ban decision issued against a number of Diwaniya council members implicated in corruption files, illustrated with a stock passport graphic. Both channels carry the council's own announcement with no faction commentary added; no other tracked actor was observed carrying either item.
