On 4 August, shortly after 21:20, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) broadcast Muhammad al-Yasiri, head of the Bina Centre for Studies, on its programme #Before_Tomorrow. He said Saudi Arabia "did not bomb Iraq without cause despite the factions' innocence," that a US-Israeli alliance led by the Gulf states had been formed, that Iran had lodged a protest over "Saudi aggression" while Iraq's foreign ministry took no step, and that martyrs' blood "cannot be compensated except by the head of Ibn Salman and all of Saudi Arabia." The rung is held down to preponderance because this is one guest on one channel, with no armed-faction statement and no outside coverage of the underlying strikes in the supplied material.
