Between 20:45 and 21:26 on 2 August, channels tied to three separate factions all foregrounded Iraq's salary-funding and cash-liquidity crisis. Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official) posted two consecutive segments from the same programme: Sadiqoun bloc member Qais al-Jawrani said there is a real crisis in salary funding, that the state has a hundred-percent deficit, that compulsory savings is an option on the table, and that salaries are nonetheless secured to the end of 2026; one minute earlier it had posted former Finance Committee member Mohammad al-Shabaki saying the Central Bank will not be able to fund salaries after the tenth month and the crisis may run six months. Al-Ittijah TV (KH — official) ran a report asking what government solutions exist, and iNEWS (KSS — affiliated) framed the question as printing money or selling state assets. The rung is credible: four separate channel posts, timestamped, carrying the operative wording directly.
