Watan TV, Badr Organization-affiliated media, posted overnight on 2 August a captioned image attributing to al-Tamimi the statement that confining weapons to the state is contingent on the departure of American forces, and that the resistance will not surrender its weapons otherwise. The item is a single quote card from a single outlet; the speaker's full title and office are not given in the supplied material, and no other tracked faction addressed weapons centralization in collected coverage. There is no outside reporting of the remarks in the window, which is why the rung stops short of the top.
