Roughly eighty minutes earlier the same channel carried Hoquq bloc MP Muhammad Jabar al-Hasnawi saying the resistance's weapons cannot be surrendered, so as not to repeat the 2014 scenario. Both rest on a single channel; the Ramadan/Ashura line carries no speaker attribution in the post, and no target, timetable or operational instruction appears in either item.
