KH channels relay three senior Baghdad police transfers, no comment

At 09:56 and 09:59 on 12 August, Sabereen News and Unit 10,000, both KH-affiliated, posted the same three Interior Ministry transfers: Maj. Gen. Adnan al-Jubouri from Karkh police commander to head of the ministry's Inspection Authority; Maj. Gen. Shaalan Ali Salih from Rusafa police commander to Energy Police director; and Maj. Gen. Salman Abd al-Hassan from Karkh traffic director to Rusafa police commander.
