Two KH-affiliated channels published near-identical wording attributing to the family of Muhammad Khudair al-Rikabi, described as a منتسب (member/enrollee), the statement that he was tortured to death after uncovering theft at a weapons depot. Sabereen News posted first and tagged its item as an update; Unit 10,000 followed within five minutes. The confidence rung is preponderance rather than higher: the two carriers are not independent lines — both are KH-affiliated and the text is effectively the same — and no perpetrator, unit, depot or date is named, nor is there any outside coverage of the death in hand.

Watch: an official Iraqi or PMF statement acknowledging the death or opening an inquiry; naming of the depot or of a unit; a KH statement adopting the family's allegation as its own demand; outside coverage of the case. Any of these moves this file.
