Al-Janoub TV (Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina — official) separately carried MP Jawad Rahim al-Saedi calling passage of the Popular Mobilization Forces law a top priority because the force is an indivisible part of the Iraqi state. Two distinct faction networks and two distinct parliamentary voices support the finding; the collected window contains no counter-position.
