Three faction outlets press PMF law inside forty minutes

WHAT HAPPENED

Between 16:51 and 17:20 this evening, iNEWS (KSS — affiliated) twice carried the Victors bloc's push on Popular Mobilization Forces legislation — its chief calling on Zaidi to approve a service-and-retirement law and refer it to parliament "in honour of their sacrifices", and a nightly-roundup line pairing that movement with a tightening anti-corruption drive on officials. Al-Janoub TV (Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina — official) separately carried MP Jawad Rahim al-Saedi calling passage of the Popular Mobilization Forces law a top priority because the force is an indivisible part of the Iraqi state. Two distinct faction networks and two distinct parliamentary voices support the finding; the collected window contains no counter-position.

WHY IT MATTERS

Credit for moving the legislation is being claimed by more than one bloc, so the reader can track which faction ends up owning passage — and which is left endorsing someone else's bill.
