At 19:17 on 31 July, the official Harakat al-Jihad wal-Bina social media channel published a single line attributed to Saadi: "الساعدي: إذا عجزت الحكومة عن الرد على العدوان السعودي… فالشعب قادر" — if the government is incapable of responding to the Saudi aggression, then the people are capable. The post named no target, no unit, no timetable and no action, and did not describe the underlying aggression. It appeared within the same hours in which Al-Nujaba TV (Nujaba — official) and Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) were carrying funeral and body-repatriation coverage attributed to "American-Saudi aggression".
