Late on 7 September, Shabab al-Islam (Ashab al-Kahf — owned/non-official) asserted “direct hits on targets inside Saudi Arabia”; Al-Ghadeer TV (Badr Organization — official) published nearly identical wording about a minute later. Their footage shows a nighttime cityscape and an explosion, but contains no identifiable landmark or other detail establishing the location, cause, weapon or target.
