On 28 October, Al-Ahad TV (AAH — official owned media) quoted Sadiqoun MP Saad al-Khazali (AAH) saying the Kurdistan Region wanted 14 percent of the total budget without deducting sovereign expenditures. The programme graphic also attributed to him support for granting the region its rightful budget entitlement.
