Between 05:29 and 05:41 on 20 August 2026, three channels belonging to three different factional networks carried the same sentence reporting an intensive security deployment around the approaches to the Ministry of Higher Education in Baghdad. Sabereen News attached video showing a line of armoured or military vehicles parked beside a large modern building. The rung is preponderance: the three carriages are word-for-word the same and therefore not independent of each other, no deploying unit, order or cause is named in any of them, visual review could not confirm the location, and no reporting of this deployment outside the militia channels appears in the collected material.
