Sabereen News, affiliated with KH, posted at 15:38 on 28 July 2026 under the banner "🔴بالوثائق" (with the documents) that Anbar Governor Omar Dabbous and Anbar municipalities director Ahmed Hamid had been summoned ("استقدام") by the Administrative Court over "قضايا تخص املاك الدولة 7000 قطعة في قضاء الفلوجة" (cases concerning state property, 7,000 parcels, in Falluja district), attaching images that visual review reads as two pages of an Iraqi Council of State / Administrative Court notice dated 2026/7/27 in case 3186/ق/2026 brought by a plaintiff named Ali Saadi Dhahir, setting a hearing for 2026/8/30, watermarked SABREEN NEWS. Shabab al-Islam, an Ashab al-Kahf owned but non-official outlet, posted the same summons text at 15:50, twelve minutes later, without the document images. No tracked Badr, AAH, KSS or Nujaba official channel was observed carrying the item in the collected window, and no external media reporting on the summons was supplied.
Publicising court process over 7,000 land parcels in Falluja converts a property dispute into leverage over a Sunni provincial government, and marks land and municipal property in Anbar as contested ground the KH information network is actively working.
